In Erin’s words (she/her)
A little more about me…
My perfect day includes a good cup of coffee, a good book, a workout (notice I didn’t say good there) and being with my people. Over the last few years, I’ve come to realize a lot about myself, my likes and dislikes.
I like the outdoors, but only in three out of four seasons. Winter and I don’t get along - we honestly never have. We’ve come to an agreement. I stay inside, it does whatever it wants. I even enjoy everything about going camping, except for sleeping in a tent. Give me a campfire, s’mores, hikes and dirty kids, but at the end of the day, I demand four walls and a bed.
I have a sweet tooth. I’d say I’m working on it, but why lie? The Great British Baking Show is my most recent Netflix binge. If you have a recommendation for me, send it my way!
I grew up in a big family and I’m lucky to have most of them—grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins and even second cousins—relatively close by. Have you ever had your family of 50 come over for Thanksgiving dinner? I have. It’s an experience.
My creative history began because of them – and my degree in Digital Media & Fine Arts from Canisius College helped a bit too.
My husband supports my “why,” and my child motivates me (and challenges me) every day, usually starting around 7 am. I’m constantly reminded that soon this time will be a memory. So I photograph our moments to treasure my own relationships now, and fifty years from now. And I soak up every snuggle, every laugh and kiss, along the way.
